A buttery citrus + Iris Superbomb
If you haven't smelled Linden Blossom, now is the time. The Misk Shoppe's version of Linden Blossom (LB) is SUPER DUPER NUCLEAR but smells divine...Mashallah! the LB has in Rouge has a smooth suede leather-light woody-cocoa butter citrus-and maybe a little of dry hay smell without the annoying barn smell. Linden blossom has many complexities in scent but it is sophisticated as Rouge. Overall, it has a distinct smell, like an Akigalawood-butter-suede-hayish scent but very uplifting. But getting back to Rouge, the Misk shoppe pairs it with Iris. muget and vetiver to make it appealing! You know how Iris makes everything better with its powdery effect. The Iris with the smoky Vetiver makes this outstanding. You also get a delicate sweetness from the Jasmin and rose which gives a Chai tea vibe with carrot juice , cinnamon, warm milk and honey dew mixed together. The earthy amber and musk polishes everything! Bravo, Rouge is here. This is definitely a signature floral scent. Very unique. I even layered Rouge with the Misk Shoppe''s Eau D' Ombre. WOW! That was insane. So, Rouge has super sillage, projection and longevity. Lasts all day with excellent projection.
