I think Khaleel is a fresh and modern take on a classic fragrance; Attar Al Madinah. Attar Al Madinah is a sweet and spicy fragrance that features notes like clove, saffron, oudh, rose, jasmin, musk, amber, fruits and sandlewood. It smells like an exotic type of coca cola or fruit punch. It is refreshing and uplifting. The Attar Al Madinah fragrance I have is by Al Haramain in which Khaleel is similar to but with a different twist. Misk Shoppe goes the modern route adding citrus notes, leather, tonka bean, honey, resins and patchouli. When you smell Khaleel you think of smooth aged leather with a whiff of saffron, cedar, oranges, cinnamon, clove and tonka bean. It has this dark and luxurious appeal that is quite unique. You could say it even smells like dark chocolate, leather and cotton from the added patchouli and honey. If you like perfumes such as Ombre Leather, Ombre Nomad, Oud Maracuja, Babycat, Oud, Saffron Leather or the numerous dark oriental fragrances by Kilian then Khaleel is for you! It is a complex and sophisticated fragrance that has an incredible fresh and smoky dry down thanks to the clove, citrus and oudh blended to perfection. This is a banger folks…really strong and mysterious with . This is truly a unique and luxurious scent. One last thing, Khaleel also has this wandering bubbly ginger champagne smell mixed in with it. Wow. Kudos to Misk Shoppe you put a stamp on this one.

Description
Like Best Friends forever, The addictive and nocturnal Khaleel is a unique scent with sweet notes and spicy notes. In the top, its toasted citrus notes of orange, bergamot with the spicy notes of cumin, cinnamon and clove into a heart of honey, benzoin, labdanum and saffron. In the base, the woody notes of sandalwood, patchouli, cedarwood and agarwood combine with animalic notes, tonka beans, leather and amber creating a dark and mystical effect.
