A Slightly Brighter Tuscan Leather…
I had received an official Al Haramain carded sample of this awesome attar with a purchase back in 2015, so 10 years ago! Hard to believe actually that it’s been 10 years. Anyways, I was smitten with that sample to discover that someway, somehow, the conglomeration of notes in Tajibni’s scent pyramid recreates perfectly a very dense and heavy, complex and slightly brighter, and just a tad more floral version of Tom Ford’s Tuscan Leather. The real icing on the cake though is the most realistic suede note imaginable. And the dry down on this stuff is narcotic. The lasting power is eternal in the realm of 18+ hours and the sillage is noticeably long. I could easily see this attar filling rooms and hallways wherever you go if not applied judiciously. Pretty cool though how Al Haramain blended these notes to create Tuscan Leather which I still cannot figure out how in the world these notes smell like Tuscan Leather. The ingredient quality is top notch along with the stunning, huge and beastly crystal bottle and wooden presentation box. Note that for only a 1/2 tola (6mls) of concentrated perfume oil, this attar seems pricey however, as mentioned previously, the quality is top and you will be getting what you pay for here. If I am correct, Tajibni is long discontinued so whatever remains out there is all that there is. Lovers of Tom Ford’s Tuscan Leather will fall hard for this attar. And do not be discouraged by the ‘for women’ recommendation on Tajibni. This aroma is perfectly unisex if not leaning more masculine. I am a guy and I feel totally comfy sporting this oil because in the end it smells exactly like Tuscan Leather. Thanks MiskShoppe!
