RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your selection, you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or a refund, (excluding shipping and handling fees) for up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returns made after 14 days will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at: service@miskshoppe.com. Without exception, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused, in perfect condition, and include the original packing slip. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt until the credit is issued. Please note, all sales of items purchased on Sale are considered final. Returns of these items will not be accepted.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Canadian Orders : Please note that for Canada orders , we have shipping charges starting at $ 10.95. We use USPS First Class and USPS priority mail for shipments to Canada.
International Orders: By default, we use US Postal service’s First Class International for all international orders. For the benefit of our international customers, a description of the various service options provided by USPS is given below
USPS First Class Parcel (default): Most economical service, Takes 10-12 business days for delivery. Please note that we provide proof of shipment (certificate of mailing) , but Proof of delivery is not available in this service for International shipments. Also there is no insurance available on this service and goods lost in transit or held by customs in th destination country are not our responsibility.
USPS Prioirity Mail : Economical if buying 4-5 items, 6-10 business days delivery. Tracking is available only in the US. The shipment cannot be tracked in the foreign country. Limited insurance is available
USPS Express Mail : Best service, fully trackable from point-to-point, 3-5 business days delivery. Expensive, preferable for Oudh and exotic products. Fully insured for the value of the shipment.
Please check customs and excise laws in your country before ordering. We are not repsonsible for duties levied in foriegn countries.

Military/IPO/APO/FPO: Orders are shipped Priority Mail via USPS.
Shipping Time: Delivery time will vary depending upon your geographic location, order date and holiday periods. Typically, we ship within 48 hours. We ship from New Jersey. Orders are not processed over weekends and holidays.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Misk Shoppe accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We are currently not accepting American Express as payment. You can safely enter your credit card information into our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. We do not accept personal checks or requests for C.O.D.
SALES TAX
The Misk Shoppe will charge sales tax, as required by law, for orders purchased within and/or shipped to New Jersey. No sales tax will be applied to addresses in other states.
