The title of this review sounds crazy right...but it is. This is the perfect statement perfume to put all the Aventus-Sauvauge-Le Male Elixirs-freshies to rest. Sensual Oudh smells similar to the very popular fragrance that's is selling like hot cakes called 'Ignite Oudh' by Ahmed Al Mahghribi. Ignite Oudh is a bestseller right now with its blend of sweet leather, moss, geranum, musk and oud notes. It's a nice green oudhy freshie that is a 8+ hours beastmode projector. It smells great, I have it. Sensual Oudh which is from the Misk Shoppe's Collector's Oudh Series that came out in 2018. It s in the same ballpark as Ignite Oudh. Sensual Oudh is a silent killer. The notes are smooth and refined while being two times powerful and long lasting. I'm not kidding, Sensual oudh fills the room when when you take the top off the perfume. You get a rush of exotic fresh and aromatic sweetness. It's like a blast of fresh Himalayan mountain air with the cleanest oud ever. This stuff is spectacular. You also get some fresh green notes mixed with a beautiful mystery white floral bouquet. There is an awesome rose scent but it appears sun-dried and kissed by the sun. This rose note is the ultimate compliment for a fragrance. To complete the mystery floral bouquet, I detect some Jasmine but not overwhelming. Then I think there is some geranium, orchid or possibly mugat. To be honest, I don't wanna know. The florals give it some moist green rainforest effects instead of sticky oak moss. Whatever they arranged for this fragrance it is good. It makes the oudh scent more mass appealing which is very difficult to do. You smell oudh in this but it is very-very clean and calmycalming. It projects for 4-6 hours. I'm not kidding, this is strong but it is a crowd-pleaser. The oudh leans more to fresh Irish Butter on medium toasted bread. As the fragrance develops the sweetness from the florals become more projecting as the oud pushes the fragrance forward with rounds of fresh aromatic bliss. Sensual Oudh is different...very different. This is a classy and modern fragrance that can be worn anywhere and anytime. It is powerful, unique and projecting, so you are really getting your money's worth. There are no rough edges or surprises with the oudh. The inclusion of the oudh is more strategic while not being compromised. You can now enjoy the oud in its potency without being tuned off. In fact, you will love oudh after wearing this. Misk Shoppe did a masterful job as usual but this has to be one of there best compositions. Sensual Oudh has this nice Sprite soda effervescent feel but much more unique and sophisticated. The depth in this fragrance is outstanding as it dries down in a time-released fashion which explains the 4-6 hour projection in a concentrated perfume oil. The sillage is amazing as the notes are crisp and clear. The woody notes mix very well with the florals. You also get some slight suede notes but that's in the oudh. The main takeaway about Sensual oudh is that it smells natural, a little fruity at various points in the dry down and not synthetic. You can enjoy this without headaches and offending people. Sensual Oudh is very SEDUCTIVE. You will see when you wear it. I got compliments of how nice and strong it smells Overall, this will last until the next day easily. I smelled this a week later in my clothes so this outperforms EDP spray perfumes. 10+ hours on skin so apply strategically.
